Readings
I talk with the students about having a dream. My dream was to become an author. I tell the students in stories and poems how each of them must hold on to their dream, never give up, and be willing to do the work necessary to fulfil that dream. I read from my books, show them my edited manuscripts and let them know that, although realizing your dream is hard work and may take much longer that you ever imagined, it is possible to make your dream come true.
