Biography

Lynn Dove has been writing award-winning poems and short stories since she was in elementary school. A graduate of the University of Calgary, where she earned her Bachelor of Education degree in 1981, she has spent the last thirty years teaching children in the private and public school settings, as well as volunteering in the children, youth and adult education ministries at her church.

In 2007, she earned a Masters of Religious Education degree from the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary, in Cochrane, AB. Lynn’s first book, Shoot the Wounded was published in November 2009. It is the first book in the “Wounded Trilogy”. She is currently writing the sequel: Heal the Wounded, scheduled for publication in 2010, and Love the Wounded, the final book in the trilogy.
