Biography

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Jocelyn graduated from York University with a degree in psychology. She has attended the Humber School for Writers and taken creative writing courses at St. Lawrence College.

Jocelyn writes fiction for adults as well as for children and teens. Her award-winning stories have appeared in anthologies, newspapers and magazines.
