Readings

Each talk is geared to the age, interests and size of the audience. I talk about the writing process, discuss where I get ideas, dramatize a book, read with audience participation, and rhyme with the kids and answer questions.

I encourage students to use their own experiences when they write their own stories. I tell them how they can do that with examples from my own work.
Whatever we do together, my sessions are always lively, fun and interactive.
