Readings

I like to engage the kids in a discussion about writing — where ideas come from, how to adapt old stories and fairy tales, how to use events from your own experience. I talk about how I started, what the origins of my own books were, and about working with illustrators and publishers. Of course I tailor the presentation to the age level. I include the reading of a recent work.
